Data Deletion Instructions

At DIT Coaching, we value your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your data and account at any time. If you have used a social login (like Facebook or Google) to access our platform, you can still request your data to be removed.

Alternative Methods
You can also request the deletion of your personal data by following these steps:
- Via Email (Recommended): Send an email to support@ditcoaching.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address or mobile number associated with your account.
- Via the App: Log in to your account, go to "Settings" or "Profile", and look for the "Delete Account" or "Request Data Purge" option.
- Facebook App Users: If you are using our Facebook Login app:
- Go to Your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy". Click "Settings".
- Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search and click "DIT Coaching" in the search bar.
- Scroll and click "Remove".
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon verification of your request, we will permanently delete the following information from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number).
- Your course progress and history.
- Any uploaded documents or media.
- Log data associated specifically with your identity.
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where we are legally obligated to do so (e.g., for financial records or legal compliance).
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
